Here are three sauces that will go brilliantly with any seafood and pasta dish.
Pesto Sauce
1/2 cup fresh sweet basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup of olive oil
Coarse sea salt to taste
Place the basil, salt, garlic and pine nuts in a food processor. Blend until chopped. Add the oil a few drops at a time till well blended and the right consistency. Pesto sauce can be put in the fridge or frozen till needed.

There’s nothing like a good bowl of soup. Now, let’s talk about what you will need to do.
1. For starters, clean those crawfish and be sure and melt that butter in a large skillet on medium heat.
2. Now saut the green onions until tender and then add the crawfish for sauting for about 5 minutes.
3. Take a large pot over medium heat and combine the cream of potato soup, the cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese. Then stir in the green onions and crawfish.
4. Just add a touch of cayenne pepper and bring to a boil, then let simmer for 5 minutes.
